Responsibilities

示範產品/服務的基本功能和優勢，並將其與客戶面臨的挑戰連結。
提供進階的產品/服務資訊。
在指導下執行標準的設備安裝和維護/維修活動。
通過應用預先定義的解決方案來排除基本技術或操作問題。
回應客戶的基本及進階問題，如退換貨、投訴等，並適當升級。
建立對公司政策、程序及相關法規的認識，並遵守以確保工作標準。
通過電話或親自拜訪現有客戶以維持關係，並處理客戶的查詢和投訴。
透過多層次銷售腳本訪談客戶，釐清客戶需求。
組織自身工作排程，協調支援服務，並在必要時分配短期任務給他人。
遵守所有強制性程序、工作方法（包括使用個人防護裝備），以保障環境和自身及他人的福祉。
透過參與評估、發展規劃及培訓，發展並維持卓越的技術技能。

Requirements

高中以上學歷。
具備相關經驗。
完成技術產品培訓。
展示高水準的技術性質產品和流程知識。
