Responsibilities

Execute service work and technical support for renewable energy installations according to ABB quality standards.
Troubleshoot equipment and process failures, implementing corrective actions.
Identify business opportunities for ABB and deliver superior customer experiences.
Collaborate with account teams to identify new service business opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive customer reports and documentation.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Valid NSW Electrical License.
Skilled in technical troubleshooting, diagnostic tools, and field service methodologies.
Experience in electrical, mechanical, or control systems.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service engineering, technical support, or similar roles.
Experience with power electronics, inverters, control systems, or renewable energy technologies.
Enhanced knowledge of SCADA systems, PLC programming, and diagnostic software platforms.
Current Driver's License.
