Experienced Oracle HCM Technical Specialist (7-12 yrs) needed for design, development, and implementation of HCM solutions. Responsibilities include data migration, integrations, reporting, and customizations using Oracle HCM Cloud tools. Must have expertise in Core HR, Absence, OTL, Compensation, and Talent Suite modules with at least 2 end-to-end projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions that support HCM business processes.
  • Focus on data migration, integrations, reporting, and customizations (Fast Formula, Scripts, HSDL, Personalization).
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, HR business partners, and IT teams.
  • Design, develop, and execute complex data migration scripts using Oracle's HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).
  • Develop, implement, and optimize data migration strategies, scripts, and procedures.
  • Coordinate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Create and customize advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP), and HCM Extracts.
  • Develop fast formulas for absences & compensation modules.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data conversion and integration issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Raise SRs and coordinate with Oracle on issue resolution.
  • Interact with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
  • Willing to work in shifts.

Requirements

  • 7 to 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM data migration, script development, extracts & reporting.
  • At least 2 end-to-end projects involving the Core HR, Absence, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Compensation, and Talent Suite modules.
  • Deep technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools.
  • Technical expertise on Oracle HCM functionalities: HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula.
  • Completed at least 2 implementation projects on the mandatory skills.
  • Must be an independent contributor.
  • Client-facing experience and interaction with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Exposure to Jira board management.
  • Experience in test cycle management.
