This role involves designing, developing, and operationalizing AI/agentic capabilities using AI Security, Gemini Enterprise Security, and Model Armor, along with implementing and hardening security controls using Entra ID, DLP, IAM, and VPC-SC. The position requires strong software engineering, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with approximately 7-10 years of experience in cloud security.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, evaluate, and operationalize AI/agentic capabilities using AI Security, Gemini Enterprise Security, and Model Armor.
  • Design, provision, configure, migrate, and tune platform components using Entra ID integration.
  • Implement, harden, test, and remediate security and access controls using DLP, IAM, Workforce Identity Federation, and VPC Service Controls.
  • Apply sound software engineering, configuration, and quality practices aligned to organizational standards.
  • Ensure adherence to secure coding, data handling, and access-control practices.
  • Collaborate with architects and peer engineers to validate design choices and technical trade-offs.
  • Analyze and validate security requirements, risk scenarios, controls, audit, and compliance obligations.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceable deliverables.
  • Facilitate requirement reviews, solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, UAT coordination, and business sign-off.
  • Support release readiness, user enablement, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements

  • Approximately 7 to 10 years of relevant industry experience aligned to the Senior Engineer band.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills across AI Security, Gemini Enterprise Security, Model Armor, Entra ID, DLP, IAM, Workforce Identity Federation, and VPC Service Controls.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivery in similar engagements.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud Security domain standards, compliance expectations, and business processes.
  • Proficiency, certifications, or hands-on practice on the primary tools listed for this role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
