We are looking for a Technical Specialist with 10 years of experience in Project Management to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves project planning, execution, stakeholder management, team leadership, risk and issue management, budget and resource management, governance, compliance, and progress monitoring/reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure execution within scope, budget, and schedule.
Act as the primary point of contact for Onsite Program Leadership, team/track leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Manage expectations and communications effectively.
Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams across business and IT.
Ensure alignment of goals and accountability.
Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
Develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues proactively.
Manage project financials, including cost estimation, tracking, and optimization of resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, project governance standards, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
Track project performance using KPIs, prepare dashboards/reports, and present regular status updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

10 years of experience in Project Management.
