We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Specialist with over 15 years of expertise in SAP SCM, focusing on EWM and S/4 HANA implementations. Responsibilities

Manage and lead small to large teams.
Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery.
Create a shared sense of direction and community among teams.
Articulate and present different points of view on various technologies.
Transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.

Requirements

15+ years of experience with SAP SCM delivery with a focus on EWM.
1+ implementation with S/4 HANA or S/4 HANA training/certification.
8+ years as an SAP Lead.
8+ FLC (blueprint to go-live or support).
Experience as a Solution Architect.
Proven experience managing and leading small to large teams.
A strong track record of professional success in the Consulting Services arena.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong executive presence and ability to interact with C-level executives.
Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Time management skills.
Ability to be flexible and creative.
Must be willing to travel up to 100%.
College degree in a related area of study.
