As a Technical Program Manager III for Paragon, you will lead end-to-end project delivery for large, complex systems, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end.
  • Collecting business and systems requirements from customers.
  • Writing specifications.
  • Driving project schedules from design to release.
  • Managing the production launch.
  • Leading and coordinating design/implementation efforts between internal teams and external partners.
  • Making tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market.
  • Communicating goals, roles, and responsibilities to project teams.
  • Anticipating bottlenecks and providing escalation management.
  • Balancing business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Breaking down large, complex projects into manageable pieces.
  • Defining KPIs/SLAs for businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership.

  • Well-rounded technical background in current web technologies.
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
  • Ability to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
