Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and solutions by defining, advocating, and implementing best practices and coding standards in C# development.
Develop and enhance the technical capabilities of team members through mentorship and training in C# and Embedded Systems.
Ensure process compliance within assigned modules by participating in technical discussions and reviews.
Act as a technical consultant for feasibility studies, evaluating technical alternatives, and assessing risks.
Prepare and submit detailed status reports to stakeholders, focusing on minimizing exposure and addressing risks.
Manage escalations effectively.

Requirements

C# development expertise
Proficiency in C++
Experience with Embedded Systems
Ability to define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards
Mentorship and training capabilities for team members
Experience in technical discussions, reviews, and feasibility studies
Risk assessment and management skills
Experience preparing and submitting status reports
