We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong experience in EAM data migration, including SAP PM, Hexagon EAM, Maximo, and Oracle EAM. The role requires expertise in SQL, ETL pipelines, and a deep understanding of EAM processes and master data. This position is based in Chennai, India.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into migration rules.
  • Experience with fit-gap analysis and template rollouts.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in EAM data migration (SAP PM, Hexagon EAM, Maximo, Oracle EAM).
  • Hands-on expertise with DSP, SAP BODS, SQL, ETL pipelines, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of Asset master data, Maintenance master data, Work management, and Inventory & materials.
  • Experience with multi-cycle migration and rehearsal loads.
  • SQL for migration - profiling, cleansing, transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of EAM processes: Asset lifecycle, Preventive maintenance, Work order lifecycle, Scheduling & dispatch, Inventory & parts.

Desired Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in EAM/ERP transformation.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, or Oracle EBS migrations.
  • Prior experience leading migration workstreams in large programs.
  • Certifications in SAP PM/EAM, Oracle, or data migration tools (nice to have).
