We are looking for a skilled Snowflake Data Integration Consultant with 6-10 years of experience to design, develop, and support enterprise data platforms. The role involves extracting SAP ECC data using SLT, BODS, and Datavard Glue, integrating it into Snowflake, optimizing performance, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale data solutions on the Snowflake Data Cloud platform.
  • Implement and maintain data extraction and replication processes from SAP ECC using SAP SLT, SAP BODS, and Datavard Glue.
  • Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.
  • Optimize Snowflake performance, warehouse sizing, clustering, partitioning, and query execution.
  • Troubleshoot data integration, transformation, and loading issues across source and target systems.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and security standards are adhered to.
  • Work closely with business users, architects, and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support production deployments, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.
  • Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and solution recommendations.
  • Analyze, define, and design technical solutions for ERP product enhancements and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs.
  • Interact with the client and other functional teams to understand requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Train others and prepare/deliver presentations for knowledge sharing.

  • Snowflake Data Warehouse: Expert
  • SAP ECC Data Extraction: Expert
  • SAP SLT: Strong
  • SAP BODS: Strong
  • Datavard Glue: Strong
  • SQL & Performance Tuning: Strong
  • ETL/ELT Data Pipelines: Strong
  • Data Modeling & Data Warehousing Concepts: Strong
  • Troubleshooting & Production Support: Strong
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Analytics.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Snowflake implementation experience.
  • Proven experience in SAP ECC data extraction and migration projects.
  • Experience working in global delivery environments with direct customer interaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive ownership and accountability.
  • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset.

  • Snowflake Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables
  • Python or Shell Scripting
  • Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • SAP BW/BW4HANA integration exposure
  • Data Governance and Metadata Management tools
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience
