HCLTech is seeking a Technical Consultant in Lucknow, India, to manage the end-to-end onboarding, integration, and training of vendors onto the SAP Business Network. This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Network, technical integration standards, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute supplier enablement flight plans, wave schedules, and onboarding targets.
  • Guide suppliers through standard or enterprise account setup, cXML/EDI mapping, and ERP connectivity via the Managed Gateway.
  • Lead communication campaigns, host training webinars, and build educational materials for suppliers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), Tax, Legal, and IT teams.
  • Monitor supplier adoption metrics, enforce compliance policies, and resolve operational or technical bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Network, Buyer & Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP).
  • Familiarity with Purchase Order (PO) flip, catalog setup (CIF/Punchout), and B2B/cXML data integration standards.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and vendor-facing communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
