This full-time, on-site role of Team Manager of Make S&M in Jiang Yin City is responsible for overseeing production processes, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Kanban system. Responsibilities
- Ensure Kanban system runs well to meet order demand with good quality and DOT.
- Understand and use ALPS tool for organization management and execution.
- Know all production processes, products, and documents, including plates recognition, process, cycle time, bottleneck, capacity, and traceability.
- Manage Kanban system principles for smooth and stable operation, meeting order demand and efficiency.
- Perform inventory management, including daily review of coils and plates, stocktaking, and providing instructions.
- Handle document control for processes, technical aspects, and template tables.
- Utilize ALPS tools for priority, CSB process, 5S, TPM, PRP, SOP.
- Manage team behavior development, execution strengthening, and performance appraisal.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Conduct production data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Relevant Leadership and management skills.
- Above 3 years of experience from a production/manufacturing company.
- Experience with improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Certified GB is a plus.
