Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for a team of 15-25 employees.
Ensure production targets are met with quality output.
Maintain compliance, standards, and follow regulations.
Coordinate between front-end users, management, and clients.
Adhere to Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements, and quality standards.
Minimize errors and increase first-touch resolution through coaching and training.
Monitor attendance, leave requests, and ensure accuracy of hours worked.
Recommend personnel decisions including attrition, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Assist with attendance documentation, timesheet validation, and schedule adherence.
Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet service levels.
Act as the point of contact for escalated customer issues and respond to escalated calls.
Respond to emails in a timely manner.

Requirements

Microsoft Office (Excel and PPT Preferred)
High proficiency in communication (Written and spoken)
Focus on delivering a positive customer experience
Proven leadership experience
Team player
Ability to develop, lead, and motivate a team
Ability to identify process improvement ideas
Ability to provide and support a vision and direction
Proficiency to assemble, organize, and sequence work
Bachelor's degree in any stream
Progressive work experience in Healthcare RCM
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in current role
4-6 years of overall experience
