On-site Service Engineer Team Lead responsible for performing and supervising preventative maintenance of products. Responsibilities
- Direct team daily operational activities and serve as the single point of contact for customer Installation Qualification issues.
- Establish and audit local operating procedures for training and reference.
- Perform special projects at customer site with supervision.
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance using local database and develop preventive maintenance schedules.
- Assist with failure analysis by providing information on equipment failure modes.
- Submit information to the technical department to drive equipment improvements.
- Write weekly/monthly reports on site activities.
- Work with Site Lead and Site Manager to ensure 7x24 escalation support.
- Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Respectfully take direction from supervisor and complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- AS degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field, or 4+ years of related technical experience (military, electromechanical devices, comms).
- 5 years of related industry experience, including completion of relevant training and competencies.
- Demonstrated understanding of the product.
- Strong proven leadership skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Electronic, mechanical, chemical, or gas in the Semiconductor industry is preferred.
