Responsibilities
- Work with the Center Manager to ensure smooth operations.
- Execute the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer address.
- Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the delivery team for peak time delivery management.
- Continuously improve the delivery process and achieve sustained delivery performance improvement.
- Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance.
- Implement formal process control and process improvement mechanisms (e.g., Kaizen).
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English (speak, write, and read).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
