Responsibilities
- Manage shift operations at delivery centers and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.
- Identify, onboard, and manage retail stores/channel partners to grow business with Amazon.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly field visits to targeted stores.
- Deliver training and coaching on Amazon processes, products, and operating models.
- Maintain and publish routine reporting on store performance and business with Amazon, including recommendations and action plans.
- Build and manage a multi-layer team, driving associates towards their targets through coaching and mentoring.
- Set expectations, communicate status, and manage relationships with acquired/assigned stores.
- Enhance engagement with accounts to improve business and increase retention.
- Drive stores against goals for volume, FTR, and other key metrics.
- Handle day-to-day operational escalations and be available around the clock.
- Manage internal/external stakeholders.
- Support station operations and/or customer deliveries.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for the team.
- Ability to work in a customer-obsessed, fast-paced environment with high ownership and quick decision-making.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Strong bias for great customer service.
- High ownership, following through to ensure delivery of changes/solutions/services.
- Analytical skills to effectively analyze and interpret information.
Desired Qualifications
- Candidate having sales experience will be more preferable.
- E-commerce Experience will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
