Responsibilities

- Execute the delivery process from delivery station to customer address.
- Ensure adequate bandwidth in facility and delivery teams for peak time delivery management.
- Continuously improve the delivery process and attain sustained delivery performance improvement.
- Plan effectively for associates to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
