Responsibilities
- Participate in the global Workday Talent Acquisition implementation, including testing, validation, and user adoption.
- Optimize future-state recruitment processes supported by AI and Tech stack.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute change management and communication initiatives.
- Support data migration and governance activities for talent acquisition data.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and insights on project progress and transformation outcomes.
- Co-create, test, and enhance the global career site to improve candidate experience.
- Develop employer branding and talent marketing content across multiple channels.
- Co-create and roll out talent attraction campaigns, optimizing for reach and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting, talent marketing, and career site performance data.
Requirements
- Active Bachelor's or Master’s student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Management, Organizational Psychology, Media, Project Management, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date from late 2027 onwards.
- Must remain an active student throughout the entire internship period.
- Interested in organizational change, HR project management, digital transformation, and talent marketing and communications.
- Creative and comfortable developing content for different audiences and channels.
- Structured, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, SharePoint, or other digital content creation tools (video, images) is considered an advantage.
- Additional languages are a plus.
