Ericsson is seeking a Talent and Development Manager in Stockholm for a 9-12 month FTC maternity cover. This strategic role will act as the primary point of contact for Talent Management within CSS, collaborating across departments to drive talent development and foster a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for CSS Talent Management.
  • Represent CSS in Career Enablement, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Succession Management, Culture, and Employee Engagement.
  • Translate global and local T&D processes into CSS-specific solutions.
  • Partner with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition for integration and consistency.
  • Understand CSS strategic development needs and align development solutions with CSS unit strategy and EMEA priorities.
  • Develop SME strategies, global processes, policies and directives.
  • Define measurements and control methods for strategy implementation.
  • Assist in the communication of SME strategy.
  • Define deployment plans for people solutions and monitor implementation.
  • Initiate corrective actions and improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry knowledge to build subject matter expertise.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise with knowledge of Talent Management topics.
  • Proactive and accountable, driving the right course of action with passion and fact-based decision-making.
