Responsibilities
- CV screening
- Monitor candidate inflow in our ATS
- ATS and document administration
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates
- Database management and talent pool search
- Providing relocation information and support to candidates
- Job posting
- Research of new job posting and candidate attraction options
- Interview coordination and providing feedback
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Minimum of 6-12 months experience in recruitment
- Adaptability and ability to independently execute tasks
- Advanced level of communication skills
- Good time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory
