Responsibilities
- Build cutting-edge end-to-end prototype systems for wireless technologies such as 6G, 5G NR Sub6 & mmW.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to prototype systems focused on proof of concept and key feature development in 6G.
- Contribute to key research and development topics in mobile wireless.
- Interact closely with systems engineers, software/hardware developers, and RF engineers to test and evaluate end-to-end prototypes.
- Define test objectives, write test plans, execute tests, troubleshoot, and perform detailed post-processing analysis.
- Perform Over the Air (OTA) testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of 5G NR PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC protocols.
- Knowledge of OFDMA, Wi-Fi and LTE.
- Good understanding of Digital and Wireless communication systems.
- Experience with test equipment such as Channel emulators, Spectrum analyzers and Signal generators.
- Programming skills in Python/MATLAB.
- Strong interest in new technologies and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a technical environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts (Deep learning, LLM transformer architecture) is a plus.
