Responsibilities
- Code software features for user-facing APIs and backend services.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues.
- Develop monitoring solutions and perform software maintenance and scaling.
- Implement fixes for internally developed code.
- Perform SQL queries, update systems, and resolve technical challenges.
- Work alongside development on software projects and enhance current software.
- Automate support processes and document systems.
- Partner with business and technical teams to analyze complex problems.
- Prototype solutions and deliver production-grade software.
- Participate in proposal reviews and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with other teams on integration solutions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Contribute to annual program planning and quarterly prioritization meetings.
Requirements
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
