- Implement preventive measures and best practices within Kubernetes to reduce the recurrence of defects and enhance system reliability.
- Provide technical assistance and mentorship to team members on Kubernetes-related customer issues.
- Execute continuous improvement activities focused on Kubernetes support processes.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and its ecosystem, including container orchestration and management.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for effective CI/CD pipeline management.
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and monitoring solutions to ensure service quality.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex technical challenges.
- Basic understanding of product support processes at L1, L2, and L3 levels.
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is optional but valuable.
- ITIL Foundation Certification is optional but valuable.
