Responsibilities
- Lead support activities for seller compliance.
- Ensure smooth and on-time publication of EPR Reports and on-time EPR Remit declarations for EU Sellers.
- Learn and use technologies for data processing like Cradle, SQL, Ratchit, Quicksight, and AWS technologies (Lambda, SQS, SNS, Dynamo DB, S3, Cloudwatch).
- Automate manual processes associated with monthly cycles due to seller growth.
- Own the process of driving discussions with PMT and other stakeholders to generate and maintain metrics.
- Work with SDM to build scripts and tools for test infrastructure and troubleshooting bugs.
- Maintain healthy data pipelines and drive core support engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development or technical support experience.
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
- Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID.
- Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON.
