Ericsson is seeking a Supply Project Finance Accountant in Mexico City to manage customer purchase orders, sales orders, and project structures in SAP. This role ensures efficient order execution, accurate invoicing, and compliance throughout the order lifecycle, requiring 3-5 years of operational experience and strong SAP proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Execute core PFA activities within SAP following established processes and guidelines.
  • Register and maintain customer purchase orders, sales orders, and project structures.
  • Support order execution and project structuring activities throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Ensure data quality to enable accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.
  • Manage customer invoice administration and related changes.
  • Perform project and order closure activities in SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, accounting directives, and internal controls.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Project Administration, or related operational roles.
  • Strong SAP knowledge, including purchase orders, sales orders, project structures, and transactional processes.
  • Understanding of order-to-cash, supply chain, or project execution processes.
  • Advanced English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with SAP, MS Office, and related business systems.
