Arla is seeking a Strategic Finance professional to own financial reporting and performance management for their 'Fund our Future' program and support strategic processes. Based in Aarhus, Denmark, you will partner with global stakeholders to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

Own financial reporting and performance management of the 'Fund our Future' program.
Ensure transparency, high-quality reporting, and focus on value delivery.
Safeguard efficiency principles and support target setting, performance follow-up, and problem-solving.
Support Group Strategy in running the annual strategy wheel, including co-driving deliverables and generating insights.
Assess performance against long-term strategic ambitions and targets, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in relevant finance or strategy functions (e.g., finance business partnering, performance management, consulting, corporate strategy).
Relevant university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Solid financial understanding combined with the ability to connect financial performance with operational, commercial, and strategic drivers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative mindset and proven ability to build strong relationships.
