Responsibilities
- Support SEB’s settlement and post-trade services in the Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish market.
- Check information and solve operational issues.
- Work with colleagues and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Gradually take responsibility for real financial transactions.
- Build confidence using financial systems and develop expertise in securities operations.
- Participate in testing activities and process improvement workstreams.
Requirements
- A proactive mindset and ability to learn quickly.
- Interest in banking or financial markets (previous knowledge is welcome but not required).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in English.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using everyday IT tools and a willingness to develop Excel skills.
- Interest in automation is a plus.
