Responsibilities
- Analyze BU performance and assess key business metrics.
- Perform actual vs forecast analysis.
- Conduct deep dive analysis into financial statements.
- Establish pricing strategy and structure for new products.
- Review customer contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including sales, product management, and legal.
- Build, improve, and maintain complex financial models.
- Support ad hoc special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
- 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
- 2+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
