We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs focused on selection discovery and extraction using Generative AI and LLMs. This role involves driving automation to reduce human-in-the-loop dependencies and ensuring scalable, efficient operations for Amazon's World Product Catalog initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects spanning multiple teams.
- Serve as the central coordination point across internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage deeply with large-scale information extraction, data processing, and orchestration systems.
- Drive programs to reduce Human-in-the-Loop interventions using GenAI/LLM capabilities.
- Lead selection discovery and extraction workstreams for Selection Gap Closure.
- Own SDO-scoped delivery of WPC's selection discovery and extraction pipeline.
- Coordinate development and deployment of LLM-powered solutions for autonomous web navigation and content extraction.
- Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
- Establish and maintain program mechanisms for predictable delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency through automation and process optimization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
