  • Implement scaling plans, availability, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Document AVD standards and operational runbooks.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience supporting virtual desktop or EUC platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Strong experience with Azure compute, networking, and storage.
  • Experience with FSLogix profile management and troubleshooting.
  • Strong operational and problem-solving skills.
