Responsibilities
- Design cloud and AI architectures utilizing AWS services for valuable customers.
- Partner with account managers to drive growth and execute strategy.
- Educate customers on AWS value proposition and conduct deep architectural discussions.
- Conduct training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the AWS solutions architect community.
- Author or contribute to AWS customer-facing publications.
- Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
- 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or experience in a professional field.
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
