Responsibilities
- Own vision and definition for the Program and Service expansion
- Own Planning, Forecasting and OP contributions
- Set and measure goals for the Growth Opportunities team
- Be responsible for end-to-end program execution and engagement with partners
- Define clear requirements for specific business use cases for tech teams
- Support data analysts and product managers by turning business requirements into functional specifications and then executing delivery
- Establish scalable, efficient processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation
- Be responsible for all communication to Leadership (Flash updates, WBR, QBR, LT Deep dives)
Requirements
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
