Requirements

- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- Established background in driving a complex program portfolio with considerable impact.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- History of driving deep insights from complex data.
- Provided business judgement including financial acumen to quickly assess the viability of key decisions.
- Ability to influence cross functionally and across the organization, at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
