We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to lead and scale our Alternate Delivery Models portfolio within the DSP program in India. This role involves end-to-end program management for innovative delivery channels like drone delivery and electric vehicle fleets, requiring 5-7 years of experience and a strong operational mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for alternate delivery models including Drone Delivery, Electric Fleet, Saddle Bags, Walker/Biker on EV, and Amazon Lockers.
- Lead the launch of new alternate delivery programs across India expansion markets, from concept through pilot to full-scale deployment.
- Develop and execute stabilization plans post-launch to ensure consistent service quality, delivery reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each delivery model, including delivery speed, cost per delivery, capacity utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Technology, Safety, and Sustainability teams.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for new delivery models and geographic expansion.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies relevant to drone operations, EV fleet management, and locker deployments.
- Create and present business reviews, program updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Work with Operations leadership to integrate alternate delivery models into existing fulfillment and last-mile networks.
- Lead vendor development initiatives including vendor identification, capability assessment, performance benchmarking, and continuous improvement programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
