Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate data for forecasting and develop realistic budgets.
- Ensure consistent financial follow-up and price structure understanding.
- Define Team Leader recruitment needs and support their development and training.
- Set and follow up on quality and quantity targets for clients/projects.
- Promote teamwork and ensure high employee satisfaction and low attrition.
- Develop and maintain effective performance management.
- Lead by example and maintain a sound plan of corporate organization.
- Work with HR to establish policies for management development and succession.
- Understand TWW's price structure and profitability goals.
- Proactively respond to variances in targets and service levels.
- Prepare for commercial negotiations, ensuring TWW risks and profit objectives are covered.
- Plan and implement expansions to current and new businesses.
- Ensure revenue streams cover committed costs.
- Build bridges to clients, evaluate growth opportunities, and seek to increase client revenue.
- Facilitate internal and client business reviews.
- Ensure client satisfaction through continuous business improvements.
- Develop a partnership with clients and align with their marketing strategy.
- Proactively promote Transcom objectives and ensure TWW standard procedures are implemented.
- Create an open and energetic culture, setting objectives for all employees.
- Ensure high morale and loyalty to TWW.
- Provide feedback to Corporate Governance on improving standards and processes.
- Continuously review procedures and implement improvements.
- Ensure demand forecasting is accurate and resources match demand effectively.
- Promote synergistic teamwork with the Business Support Team.
- Attend internal meetings and communicate with Team Leaders and clients.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent higher qualification.
- Experience leading an operations team in customer service (Tech and Sales).
- Keen eye for detail, ability to understand trends from data, and provide insights.
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Experience in a performance-driven environment.
- Proficient in dealing with clients, reading the room, and understanding client needs.
- Familiarity or exposure to managing teams.
- Effective time management skills with a focus on setting clear objectives and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
