Responsibilities

Shape the future of financial planning, reporting, and analytics.
Partner closely with Finance teams across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Engineering to evaluate and operationalize evolving business needs.
Ensure financial systems, processes, and data structures scale with the business, delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
Enhance planning, forecasting, reporting, and data management capabilities through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and engineering teams.
Drive strategy and execution of initiatives to improve the end-to-end finance experience, modernize processes, and enable informed business decision-making.
Lead complex, cross-organizational projects and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Gain an end-to-end understanding of financial processes, tools, and data flow.
Act as a strategic advisor to influence master data and hierarchies.
Continuously improve processes for automation, efficiency, and better business decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide business requirements and link business, financial, and technical needs for accurate data and reporting.
Project-manage multiple projects seamlessly and effectively.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Familiarity/experience with core Microsoft financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple groups, responsive with strong customer service orientation.
Demonstrated strength in process and project management.
Detail oriented & thorough, with the ability to think “big picture”.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects/priorities, excel in an ambiguous environment, and reprioritize as necessary to align with current business objectives.
Strong Microsoft 365 and Power Platform skills preferred (i.e: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Ability to perform with AI.
Adapts to ambiguity and fast-paced change, applying system thinking and strategic perspective to solve complex problems.
Brings energy for a high-performing team culture, working through large-scale challenges, delivering fast with quality and a growth mindset.
