Responsibilities

  • Provide L1.5 operational support for network services using SOPs, KB articles, and runbooks.
  • Perform initial investigation and remote troubleshooting after alert qualification or incident assignment.
  • Support field technicians remotely during break-fix and onsite troubleshooting activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, Field Services Command Center, and L2/L3 Network Engineers.
  • Improve incident documentation in ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • CCNA certification.
  • ServiceNow training for ticket/incident creation.
  • SolarWinds training.
  • Basic ITIL certification.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, SolarWinds.
