The Sr. Business Analyst will be part of the Finance Operations, Global Data & Analytics team, instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across global finance operations. This role focuses on process optimization, financial analytics, and business intelligence solutions, empowering large Accounts Payable and Receivable teams through advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead complex data analysis projects to identify operational efficiency opportunities and drive process improvements across global finance operations.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement data-driven solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis of financial and operational metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization.
Design and implement KPIs and metrics to measure operational performance and financial health.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, methodologies, and analytical frameworks.
Partner with Accounts Payables and Receivable leaders to identify, plan, and execute analytical opportunities.
Use Tableau/QuickSight/SQL to deliver valuable insights.
Partner with stakeholders to align, document, and govern metric definitions.

Requirements

5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience.
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
Experience with Excel.
SQL skills (Intermediate / Expert level) is a must.

Desired Qualifications

MBA.
Relevant AI and automation experience will be a plus.
