Emerson is looking for a Specialist II Instructional Design professional to collaborate with SMEs on developing learning content and assessment materials. This hybrid role in Mandaluyong, Philippines, offers a vital part in shaping customer experience and supporting commercial excellence strategies.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with SMEs to develop learning content and assessment materials.
Compile, arrange, and update training materials and curriculum.
Develop course materials based on SME and instructor information.
Correct and update e-learning module issues, escalating to developers if needed.
Participate in developing storyboards, scripts, and suggesting overall concepts to stakeholders.
Create content for multiple learning modalities including instructor-led, webinars, and video.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication Arts, English, or equivalent.
1-year related experience in training administration, curriculum development, learning management system, business reporting, customer service, or marketing.
Basic knowledge of e-learning content development and learning management systems.
Basic MS Office Application proficiency (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
