Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall technical relationship between AWS and customers.
  • Make recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in architectural discussions.
  • Build technical relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally, sharing their needs to inform the AWS feature roadmap.
  • Participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures.
  • Evangelize and educate about AWS through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos, or conferences.
  • Develop areas of technical depth relevant to customer outcomes.
  • Work with account managers to help customers accelerate cloud implementation and modernize their business on AWS.
  • Design modern target architectures optimized for business agility, innovation, performance, resiliency, cost, and security.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of software development practices and technologies.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Technical degree in Computer Science.
  • 1+ years experience in infrastructure or software architecture.
  • Knowledge in associated technology areas such as databases and networking.
  • Experience in pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture for technology/software sales.
  • Experience architecting/operating solutions for cloud.
