Microsoft seeks Qatari Nationals for a paid, six-month Solution Engineer Internship as part of the Erada Program, starting January 2027. This hybrid role involves technical skilling, professional development, and on-the-job training in areas like AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.

Responsibilities

Build awareness of the need for product strategy based on customer feedback and compete strategies.
Expand domain knowledge using readiness materials and connect with customers.
Engage with customers by shadowing interactions and researching customer context to build product expertise.
Develop foundational awareness of working with reference architectures and assist in demonstrations of Microsoft products.
Participate in technical wins, or portions thereof, through presentations.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field.
Qatar nationality.
Legally authorized to work in Qatar.
Fluency in English.

Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
