Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Solution Architect with deep expertise in AI, GenAI, and ML to guide customers in adopting these technologies. You will build technical relationships, advise on architectures, and advocate for customer needs, working with large brands and e-commerce customers in India.

Responsibilities

  • Build technical relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor for cloud adoption, focusing on GenAI/ML and Agentic technologies.
  • Manage the overall technical relationship with customers, recommending solutions for security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing needs with AWS services to impact the roadmap of GenAI/ML and Agentic features.
  • Link technology to tangible solutions and define cloud-native GenAI/ML and Agentic architectural patterns.
  • Participate in creating and sharing best practices, technical content, and reference architectures, and evangelize AWS GenAI/ML and Agentic workloads.
  • Lead deep dives and technical workshops, contributing reusable code, reference architectures, and internal technical assets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
  • 5+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • Experience in an external enterprise customer-facing role as a technical lead, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer-facing resources or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in developing and deploying LLMs in production on GPUs, Neuron, TPU, or other AI acceleration hardware, or experience designing/architecting new and existing systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystems (including Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker) for secure AI environments.
  • Practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation using embeddings, vector stores, and semantic search optimization.
  • 6+ years of design/implementation of production AI systems.

Desired Qualifications

  • Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering).
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization of model execution.
  • Proven ability to lead projects with complex challenges with extensible, operationally excellent, cost optimized, and aligned solutions outcomes.
  • Expertise in architecting AI systems within highly regulated or security-sensitive environments (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector).
