We are looking for a Software Engineer with a passion for programming and problem-solving to join our Digital Marketing Team in Madrid. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI agents and intelligent systems using Python, focusing on areas like natural language processing and machine learning.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI agents and intelligent systems.
Work on challenging problems involving natural language processing, machine learning, and complex system integrations.
Develop, integrate, and optimize agentic systems within the Marketing domain.
Empower marketers with intuitive digital tools that transform how campaigns are planned, executed, and measured.
Contribute to products that redefine user interaction and automation.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic services
Experience building agents with Agent Development Kits (ADK) or similar frameworks
Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) & Tools Usage

Desired Qualifications

Experience with data engineering pipelines for AI model training and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
Experience integrating AI solutions with various SaaS platforms and external services
Understanding of marketing processes and challenges is beneficial
