Responsibilities
- Drive solutions across the entire development lifecycle, from design to coding, testing, and deployment.
- Build innovative automated solutions for customers, focusing on scalability issues in complex process automations leveraging AWS cloud, machine learning algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Drive architectural and design choices, invent new features, develop distributed services, and build a scalable, service-oriented platform.
- Design and implement intelligent automation workflows leveraging large language models for natural language understanding, decision-making, and content generation.
- Build robust integrations with AWS Bedrock for LLM interactions.
- Develop agentic systems using MCP for complex workflow orchestration.
- Create AI-powered triage systems that can classify and route work with 95%+ accuracy across dozens of categories.
- Process millions of transactions and handle real-time data from diverse sources.
- Collaborate with SDMs, TPMs and Senior Software Development Engineers to contribute to the technical and architectural direction.
- Develop scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available services/capabilities supporting large-scale customers.
- Take a lead role in guiding and supporting junior engineers, promoting best practices in design, coding, testability, and security.
- Encourage the adoption of new technologies and devise efficient algorithms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
