    Build solutions that enable intelligent, personalized voice-first experiences for the vehicle

    Incorporate best practices, produce secure, testable, maintainable, and extensible code and perform peer code review

    Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software

    Participate in the hiring process as well as mentor others - improving their skills, their knowledge of your software, and their ability to get things done.

     Support Operational efficiency improvements challenging status quo for services we own including but not limited to Shepherd risks, Policy engine, Pipeline freshness, SAS risks etc and help maintain OE goals

    Own and maintain development dashboards and monitoring 

  Build scalable systems through System design (HLD/LLD) and peer reviews

Leverage GenAI tools, Agents and MCP servers for optimization and velocity

A day in the life
Every day we are innovating to enhance our customer experience for our little customers on Amazon Kids on Alexa Echo show devices to those who want to enjoy movies or tournaments on Prime Video. As an engineer on the team, you will work closely with Product management to develop and improve the Web Player experience. Build SDKs to support player features such as accessibility. Integrate and analyze video playback analytics solutions to continually optimize performance.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Hands on experience with GenAI tools usage and integration
