Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable service architectures powering AI-driven policy guidance, intelligent booking, and automated expense workflows.
Deliver working features across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
Collaborate with product managers, applied scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.
Coach teammates through code reviews and design discussions to improve software quality.
Identify and resolve root causes of operational issues, continuously improving system reliability and maintainability.

Requirements

3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling).
3+ years of experience in the Video Games Industry (supporting title development, release, or live ops).
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Desired Qualifications

3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
