Responsibilities
- Plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, circuits, and equipment.
- Manage complex subsystems and small teams.
- Perform synthesis, place and route (PnR), and sign-off convergence.
- Optimize for Static Timing Analysis (STA).
- Implement low power design including UPF and power gating.
- Drive efforts to improve Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) through automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience in physical design.
- Experience managing complex subsystems and small teams.
- Experience in synthesis, PnR, sign-off convergence, including STA and sign-off optimizations.
- Experience with demanding PPA requirements of complex sub-system/SOC, place and route, IP integration.
- Experience in low power design implementation including UPF, multi-voltage domains, power gating.
- Experience with ASIC design flows and methodology of Physical design.
- Understanding of circuit design, device physics, and deep sub-micron technology.
- Worked on multiple Tape-Outs in advanced technology nodes.
- Good understanding of automation to drive PPA improvement efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
