This role is for an SME in MS Teams, Microsoft Teams Voice, and Sharepoint Online, based in Bengaluru, India. The candidate will require a very good understanding of Oracle SBC, ECB, and voice protocols, along with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, particularly in networking and IP telephony.

Responsibilities

Configuration of Oracle SBC / ECB
Use of Wireshark tool
Work experience on Oracle EOM
Expert troubleshooting techniques in networking down to packet level analysis
Perform consistently with strict adherence to all internal standards for incident management, change management and Problem management
Maintain appropriate level of communication on projects/tasks with peers
Adapt to agile way of work
Promote cooperation and recognition of contributions to collective efforts
Flexible to work in shifts

Requirements

Very good understanding of Oracle SBC, ECB and administration experience on Voice protocols
Troubleshooting skills on Oracle SBC/ ECB
Strong experience on IP telephony and it's monitoring tools
Good understanding on SIP RFC 3261
DHCP, DNS, Wins, Active Directory knowledge is a must
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Proven ability to operate effectively within a high-governance banking environment

Desired Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Network and Security platform
Protocol Knowledge : SIP ,RTP ,TDM, ISDN ,UDP ,TCP ,TLS ,SNMP ,Radius ,LDAP ,DHCP ,DNS and HTTPS
Good business understanding and attention to detail
