Edwards Vacuum in Clevedon is offering an L3 Apprenticeship for a SHE Advisor. This role combines structured learning with hands-on experience over two to four years, aiming to develop practical skills and provide a strong foundation for a future career. The apprentice will support the implementation of the SHE Management System, assist with audits, track non-conformances, and promote a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the SHE Management System.
Assist with internal audits on processes in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Track and report on SHE related non-conformances.
Support SHE related projects.
Promote and influence a positive safety culture.
Support process owners to assess, record, and minimize risks.

Requirements

Good communicator with excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
Must be eligible for an L3 apprenticeship (equivalent to A Levels).
GCSE in English and Maths grade 4 (C) or above.
Basic I.T. skills with Microsoft Office applications.
Empathy when dealing with people in difficult situations.
Social skills with the ability to engage and motivate others.
