Tetra Pak is seeking a proactive Service Engineer in Japan to build customer relationships, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to business development. This role involves on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, requiring mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic expertise.
Responsibilities
- Participate in preparing customer sites for installation events, assembling machines and conveyors.
- Participate in the installation of rebuilding kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into the production environment.
- Use TPMS tool to report preventive maintenance and correct work.
- Contribute with opportunities and ideas regarding customer business development.
- Execute all work in accordance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture.
- Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak, ensuring good working relationships with customers and sustaining the company's reputation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, control & automation engineering or similar.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Installations, maintenance and/or repair work.
- Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience strongly desired.
- Fluency in technical English and Japanese is required.
- Strong PLC Programming Knowledge.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
